Perugia: (yoga in everyday life)
The yoga studio is in the home of the maestra in the city center of Perugia, yet in a tranquil oasis behind a Church with a view of the courtyard and of the rolling hills of Umbria. Yogies have the opportunity to explore the town and the Italian lifestyle as well as to frequent the simple and tranquil places of the town for private mediation. Accommodations are in apartment shares to go along with the theme of everyday life (however, private apartments and hotel stays are also available; please inquire if interested). Breakfast included.

While I would like to provide a very tranquil and peaceful environment and ask all guests to be respectful of one another, this retreat should also be a fun and enriching experience where talking and indulging in the 5 senses is encouraged (not prohibited).
